Ready Set Relationship

We offer a series of life cycle event workshops that are geared toward helping you establish more resilient intimate relationships. These are all educational, experiential and therapeutic- not therapy!

As experienced therapists and educators we believe that the foundation of the family lies in the couple. We want to help couples bring their best selves to each other, the families they come from as well as to the families they may create.

We endeavor to help couples deepen their connection through learning about attachment and connection differently.

Our cornerstone workshop is Early Marriage Workshop. In our 8 hr workshop ( often split into 3 smaller workshops) , couples learn attachment styles and how this impacts communication as well as new communication skills to help them navigate conflict – family and couple- through structured learning and exercises.
